The error message suggested I called a helpline (number stated 020) said to be Microsoft Security. SCAM, sent a text asking when they would Get "the documents they were waiting for", with no name expecting to get people to be drawn in. Did not answer. Also my phone provider also flagged this as a scam when I received the text.
Called today, computer generated message from visa debit, saying someone was trying to do a £900 grocery shop - good luck with that!
The Indian caller I could not understand the mentioned very quickly a company name that was illegible and they made up a reason for me to call them back so they could discuss, I’m guessing this is when they try and either scam you or sell you something you don’t need
