This number is being used to carry out impersonation scams through WhatsApp. Serious pressure being exerted claiming to be a family member in financial trouble. Fraud carried out via a Metro Bank Account sort code 23 05 80 using various account numbers and Metro Bank don't seem to be concerned. Has been reported to own bank and Action Fraud. This number is causing untold distress and needs to be taken out of service.

This is a SCAM caller pretending to be from Microsoft trying to HACK your PC to obtain person info and details. When challenged and after advising the caller I was an IT manager he just hung up.
Spoof number. It doesn’t actually exist, so you can’t call them back. Just Indian call centre committing fraud. Do not answer. Block the number.

This was the first time there was an automated call at the other end purporting to be from HMRC asking me to press 1 because I hadn’t replied to them so they would start legal proceedings. Obviously a scam but worrying as I contacted the HMRC yesterday regarding tax relief and HMRC are one of the few organisations that use my number on a phone that is only used for verification purposes and not my main phone number used for day to day stuff. Man with strong Indian accent calling himself "Daniel", claiming to be calling from "Microsoft Encarta" and saying that hackers had infected my PC, so he'd need access to it. A complete criminal scam. I told him I needed to go and get my computer, then left him waiting for ages until he eventually hung up. Number now blocked & reported to ICO.

Unable to answer the original call a voice message was left to call this number back. The voice message did not state the company involved but required an anti-fraud check. This was a 'genuine' number, but the questions were probing and having given my contact number after questions to verify myself I was asked for the last 4 digits of that contact number already given, there were too many disconnected questions that could be joined up for other fraud. I terminated the call. Supposedly Barclaycard.
