They got me some money back and I was very happy with the service they provided. Excellent team of people. All hard working and lovely to speak to. Got ?6,000 back and I was very happy!! Answered this number twice by mistake, asked to speak to some random person, informed they got the wrong number, now get two calls every day. Blocked

Extremely annoying, continually harassing

Fishing for information regarding insurance. Life insurance, home insurance etc. A lot of calls where the line goes dead after I answer, then sometimes they ask for me by name. Tell them I m not interested but just keep on calling.

I do not recognise this phone number to be of a business that I have corresponded with and still don't after looking it up. I allowed the call to ring out because of this.

Prerecorded message starts up on answering, "This is an URGENT message regarding your private pension" so I hung up.

Sounded Chinese but couldn't tell a word they were saying. Passed onto several others with similar language problems. Very persistent and carried on when I suggested they were scammers, didn't stop till I put the phone down

I was called just now by a woman with an Indian accent saying she was from Openreach and that she believed I should be getting download speeds of over 40mbs. She asked me to do a speed test which I did and got 19mbs. I asked how I would know she was genuinely from Openreach. She handed me over to her supervisor. He tried to convince me he was genuine and asked my press Ctrl Windows buttons on my keyboard so he could improve my internet connection speed. I again challenged whether he was from BT Openreach. H
