Yes this number is AO.com and yes they do know what you ordered. However this is the Sales end of their organisation so BEWARE (Its probably even a separate company just trading under the same name) . They are calling on the pre-text of your order with AO.com but are very aggressively trying to sell you appliance breakdown cover! Their script is well rehearsed leading you to believe they re on the service side of your purchase and calling about further delivery information. Try ringing them on this numb

SCAM- said I had been in a road traffic accident when I asked where they had got my details from they asked me to wait and someone else came on the phone. They told me the same. I asked where they had got this information from and they asked my why I needed to know. They refused to tell me and when I asked what details they held about me they put the phone down. I received a missed call from this number today which I didn t answer. They left me a voicemail which just said for more information press 5. To opt out of these reminders press 9 I have no idea who it is so I pressed 9 and it is now on my blocked list! So annoying, they all need to be stopped
