The best way to resolve your problem is to just wait, most packages arrive they are never just kept at a Royal mail office. Called at 8am on bank holiday Monday, my phone screener warned me it was spam so I didn't answer.
Daughter answered phone at 17.32. Caller asked for her mother. Told I was out. Said to be from bank about my card being used for payment in London. Caller gave my address and asked for confirmation. Daughter said she couldn't give info without me being present. No is showing as individuals phone with EE.
Rang twice and left a message that we have been charged £95 because our prime has ran out! We don't use prime and there has no debit on our account! Suspect its a scam and haven't answered, will now block them.
