Emma from Proficient Solutions called about an accident I d been involved in. I told them I d report them to theTtelephone Preference Service for cold calling. She put me through to a male supervisor. I told him he same thing and he hung up.

Left voicemail just giving phone number but no indication of who was calling or why. Message deleted - they ll call back if genuine

Called number as thought it might be important, recorded message says nobody available to pick up call but holding me with music! They do not identify themselves which alerts my suspicions.
