Phone No. 01329239173 phoned today and claimed to be my bank security, without stating who I bank with, they said that I'd authorised Payments of £300 to Amazon and £1200 from a site I don't normally use. This was obviously a scam to get my Bank Details, I've checked with my bank and no such payments have been authorised, ,thank god. This comes after I've been hit on one of my cards for a payment I hadn't authorised with Fancy2go.com, another con artist.

Pressed 2 to 'speak' to the bank (to give them a taste of their own medicine)., and just a random guy picks up the phone - think i got him out of his bed??? Strange! My number is hiden from sharing unless I do so and still I get calls like this ...usualy leading to some India sudo services ....DO NOT PROVIDE ANY INFORMATION TO THEM ..FACT THAT THEY HAVE YOUR NUMBER IS SUSPECIOUS ITSELF .CONTACT YOUR N

SCAM Said they were O2. Very convincing. Sent an OTP, like a fool, I gave it to them. By the time their call ended, and I got through to O2 (max 10 minutes), they’d already changed my email and postal addresses. O2 tell me the only time they will ask for the OTP is when a customer calls them. Looks like I stopped them in time, all details now changed, and security info changed, but be careful people. I’m a cautious type, but they fooled me
