Called saying they were HSBC and wanted to check a transaction on my account Asked me to confirm my date of birth but I told them I would ring back Called the bank on another number and they checked my account there were no issues flagged Therefore a phishing call however this person seemed to know my name and date of birth

This number, or slight variants of it, keep calling me. It's some kind of a Lottery Scam. They claim to be the National Lottery but admit they aren't once challenged. Requests to delete my number have clearly been ignored.

Contacted me by a dating app and tried to make me sign up at a very suspicious online trading account platform with 1% reputation, luckily I searched for it before clicking on his link. It purported to be from HMRC and legal proceedings have been instituted against me. Told me to press button 1 for further information. This is DANGEROUS THREATENING BOGUS CALL. DO NOT PRESS BUTTON 1 AS IT ALLOWS CALLER ACCESS TO YOUR PHONE.

Claiming they call from HMRC with a court case against your name. After started asking questions about some proof they work for HMRC, they started panicking and said I can look up the case on the website of UK's Supreme Court. Plot twist - there is no Supreme Court in the UK.
