Have been getting calls from this number for a while. But last week I told them I wasn?t interested in any survey and the guy started using racist and abusive language. I gave him a mouthful and put down the phone. But he called back within 5 minutes. This time my hubby took the call and he asked for me (he knew my name) .When my hubby refused he started being abusive to him as well. This company is called RLegal based in Liverpool but use local numbers to entice customers. Have used many numbers to contact me. Will be reporting next time they call.

Recorded messages about making a claim (PPI I think) repeatedly on an almost daily basis. I ve looked at Google streetview on the location of this site indicates but there s nothing obvious. Would love to know who they are so I can start calling them for no apparent reason repeatedly. I ve been registered with the TPS since 2003. I ve called the number back and there s a recorded message. I m not risking pressing any buttons to unsubscribe as I ve heard you can end up on a premium rate line.

Phoned and asked for MD by his first name, totally annoying that they think they are buddies and don t have to use the last name. When asked for full name they do have it so why not use it in the first place. Trying to find out insurance renewal date, politely told them that we are not willing to discuss.

They say they are calling about the miss-selling of payment protection insurance. I first got the calls in early May when i guess they were just checking whether the random digit diallings were live numbers and saving them into a list. Now they are selling the list or carrying out surveys themselves. This needs to stop. I know people who work in call centres doing this type of thing. It s a slimey business.
