Calling Sapphire on this number is a cost trap. You hold on for several minutes whilst an automated message chips on and on @ 15p a minute and then when it is answered and you state that you are chasing payment their standard response is that the cheque to settle the Voucher claim will be posted next Monday. This has happened to me on a total of 7 times now. I ve received 2 payments of £20 and £50 but I ve still not got back my £79.99 fee plus being charged around £15 in phones calls. SCAM as it's about nonsense saying legal action something about a letter being sent back and something about the queen it was odd as I don't usually get phone calls like that not since a few days ago and it's beginning to annoy me as receiving phone calls like I did today has only been a distraction and it has overwhelmed me to my limits I hope it stops soon as I'm not so sure how much more I can take of this

SCAM Silent the “Tom” says he’s from Green Eco Centre regarding faulty loft insulation in my postcode area….carries on to say we need an assessment then tells me we may not qualify after the free survey is carried out & will have to pay for a spray coating on the underside of roof! The scam comes when checking some details he wants to know how to spell my surname (it’s not a hard one). I asked him to spell it to me & I would confirm if he got it right…..surprise surprise the line went dead…
Had a call today asking for my husband who passed away in may, he said oh yes I remember when we spoke he was ill, then said it was me that had been in touch with them regarding new windows, told him no as I already have new ones and I have a local builder that does anything I want done.
