Received a call stating from British Gas with regards to my boiler cover. Advised that I will be covered for £22 a month and asked for my sortcode and account number. I was trying to activate a phone on my company network and after working with Verizon and the phone started initializing it came up with this phone number which is 1/2 way around the world for Bribane. Verizon still working on figuring it out. Not sure how this phone number was hijacked to a phone number so far away from my location and mysteriously changed numbers. The phone number on the account has been on my account for 25 years now.
This number has made calls to my number and hung up when answered. Number DISPLAYED is 01736 312007 - but actual caller is 363062. I called back and was left to answer machine.
SCAM - has to be. This number called me today. I do not answer unrecognised numbers. They left a voice mail, foreign voice, couldn't really pick up on everything said, voice was quite deep. They did say I needed to make a payment and to answer emails. Up until this mornings call I had had no emails asking for payment - not that I would answer them anyway. email in my Inbox purporting to be from Bulb (My Energy Company) - I have a DD with them they would not act in this way = DELETED !

This is an unwanted and unrequested caller who is breaking all UK regulations regarding sales calls to TPS protected numbers. The caller was called Elsie, had USA accent so number may be spoofed. Refused to confirm my I'd so caller hung up. Avoid this caller.
