This number is used by Boku, a phone collection service (based in San Fransico, USA - with supposedly Europe wide offices) that collects "subscriptions" from, normally inadvertantly, "subscribing" to on-line adverts, messages and web sites. Text Message; claiming I was due a Tax refund and to download a form via a link on said text message. Three suspicious things here 1, it came via text 2, it was a mobile phone number and 3, the Tax office have not got my mobile number.
Basically I was told if I did not answer the survey questions the guy would keep calling me. I call this blackmail.
