It seems to be enforced by many seemingly missed calls a callback. I also wanted almost call back until it rang once, when I was there. It rang only once, so do not want to call me one, but really just that I recall, and it s nothing important. Cheaters.
they are from sse and trying to sell their smart meters. The operator asked me if I have one and when I said yes, he propose me to replace my existing one. I said I m not interesting and he was a little persistent but not rude.

Basically they are calling anyone to see if you have the ability to claim PPI. PPI has been a hot topic over the last few years and firms are trying to cash in on those unfortunate enough to have paid for it. I missed the call and rang the number back, A young man answered and wanted me to first confirm my post code and account number. (I didnt) I asked him what company was calling me and he replied with the Reactiv Media (after a few misdirections). I then searched the company on my computer,
