Call from lady with Indian accent saying she was from Microsoft and that my name was being used by hackers and that she wanted to verify my licence number.

SPAM 'this is your local friendly energy adviser' no it's not. Bath is miles from where I live. Wanted to sell me insulation, or a new boiler, or windows or whatever it is sales people who pretend to be something else are pedalling these days. I told him we are on the telephone preference service and he hung up.

Received the 1st call from them at 10.20, spoke to a human being who asked me to answer some questions to which I replied I will not answer any questions. The phone has been blissfully quiet all day!! yeaa, perhaps we ve cracked it.
Scam claiming to be hmrc saying there is a fraud case against you and you will be arrested. Its not hmrc they will never call off a mobile number, block immediately and do not listen to these tricksters
