I was called by Tom. Who wanted to talk to me about the government subsidized loft insulation I supposedly had fitted recently. I had not had this service.

Watch Out! I called this number from my BT landline and got billed for £4.71 plus vat.
Initially worried why they called me, but I quickly realised I had actually asked for some information about tutoring and they were just getting back to me. Very helpful person on the line.
