Fraud, they pretend to be O2 and take account details.
Same here called me twice, after I searched the number the 1st time I blocked it but I ve received another voicemail from them. Will definitely not be calling them back

Called to ask if we needed any repairs doing to double glazing. Wife said "No thank you" & put phone down. Strange, not usually so polite!!

Laughed, said something about" Big boys now"!!! and rang off.
Insulation. They claim it's a survey, but you know it's a scam. Silence on line for several seconds. (I do not say anything when answering unknown numbers just to see if it is a robot messenging call). When questioned about what company he was representing, the man purported to be an energy adviser from the Insulation Advice Line. I asked him if he could provide his company number. He replied 'No'. He was rude and talked over me. The threat of reporting him because of TPS violation did not phase him.
David, I realise how stressing this may be for you, but how about getting a Call Blocker phone? Then genuine callers will be challenged to give their names before your phone eve...
