Sorry you re all getting harrassed by that. We recently got harrassed too by multiple numbers, be it America, Germany etc. These are the very famous people from India with their "Microsoft Technical Support". Don t answer calls that are from outside the UK or wherever you live in and dont even answer numbers that are too short to even be valid.

I have a CC with Vanquis Bank that is cleared every month if it has been used. I had £30 to pay when I get paid on Friday and they have tried to take it from my account. They called and closed the call. I have tried the call back 8 times and there is a brief untintelligible message of which only "Sir" can be understood and the answering machine starts... I think must be those useless piece of shit of "Perfect Benefit" but I hope I am wrong...

This scam company have demanded 29 pounds cancellation charge from my dad and have sent the demand using a different company name but with the same phone number the new name is Secure Telephone Services LTD beware of these scammers!!
