Had a text from +44 7902 326091 'Hi mum this is my new phone number, can you save it and send me a message via WhatsApp please' Needless to say I didn't respond
This number called me. There was silence for a few seconds before they hung up.
Got a call from 07477139663 claiming to be HMRC and stated that a letter from them was not delivered and I will be persecuted unless I press 1 to speak to an agent... I am not convinced this is how HMRC operates so I hung up. Second time this has happened within the last week

I do not have bt broadband - BT can not technically supply it on this old rural line. I get b/band via radio link frmo an idependent provider which has nothing to do with BT. Guy said he was from BT technical department! WHat rubbish. He even sent me a pin to agree computer access. I advised him he as a nasty little scammer adn then hung up.

I'm immediately greeted by an American automated voice giving me options to which I decide to hold for assistance cuz none of them mean anything to me. Called me 6 times in the past 3 weeks. I have missed all the calls as they happened when I am working. They have never left me a message which makes me assume either dodgy or cold calling. After reading other people's comments below I have blocked the number - if it is green peace as some suggest then I have no idea how they have got my number. I have never donated to Greenpeace however I may well have signed petitions but I don't think you usually give out your phone number when you sign a petition
