These people are called action-direct Ltd (http://www.action-direct.co.uk/), they annoy you by telling you they can find mid-sole ppi's for you. They have another number 02038378466. Ignore them. If you want to find out about ppi's, go to your own bank who will do the legwork for nothing.
I never state my name and immediately ask who is calling, on who's behalf and where they got my details. The lady passed me on to her male colleague.
