The call came from a recorded message which stated the information. In order to process your refund of wrongly charged Payment Protection Insurance press 5 now. This was very likely a scam to charge your phone line with monstrous premium rate call charges. I have never been sold payment protection insurance so it is obviously a scam. They should be run off the road into the nearest ditch!

Called from my local Lookers. I couldn t answer as I m in work but he left a voicemail saying it was a "courtesy call". Probably trying to get me to trade my car in well before my 3 year PCP deal is over next March.
They get the phone number of a company, call you up and say that your contract is up for renewal. You don't have a contract with them in the first place so... They call regularly, from different numbers and you just need to block them every time. Really
