We had exactly the same situation happen as described above, Sarah Parker was incredibly aggressive and rude to both myself and my Director on numerous occassions when we tried to question her over her fictional invoice, when i asked to speak to her manager she hung up on me. She is also using the mobile number 07546892327.
Claimed to be Amazon, but with a cheap voice synthesiser that is not befitting of the Amazon reputation

I don't know who it was, cause I didn't answer it. When is looking for you and need to speak with you, leave a voice mail, all the time. From this number, no voice mail, so it's not important.I have blocked it.

An indian woman called me from this number saying she was a BT employee and could see from my account that I have issues with slow internet which I do. She said she needed me to run some diagnostics from my computer to check the issue my end. At this stage I felt it might be a scam so asked if I could have a number to contact her to validate that she was a BT employee. At that point she put the phone now on me.

02083990332 has called three times today purporting to be concerning Amazon prime auto renewal. I have not had Amazon prime since December 2018.
Its an Aldershot number, they did not answer when I said 'hello' , tried calling back but does not ring. I guess its a con / insurance type scam.
