I have nothing on order and I am sure Royal Mail would not mispell their own name or contact me from a mobile. 100% a scam if like my elderly mother, you now look these strange numbers up online before responding.

Indian sounding chap rang saying he was calling on behalf of "Telephone Preference Management" and asked if I was receiving nuisance calls and if so they were going to upgrade my service so that I will not receive any nuisance calls for the rest of my life. He knew my name, wife's name, daughter's name, address, post code and that I was with BT. Well for a start I am not with BT and when he asked if I paid my telecoms bill by direct debit then it was time to politely tell him goodbye.
