Like the others I rang thinking that I was calling the HMRC. The company providing the service is ABTelecom. They should be reported and put out of business!!

SPAM This call continued to ring even after disconnecting the call. These calls are unwanted, unwelcome and very annoying. The telecoms industry is not taking responsibility or action. These behaviours are intrusive and counterproductive as they undermine trust and have no positive quality at all. Thanks if some action can be taken to prevent. The phone rang again even after disconnecting for 10 seconds with the same number.
Caller vaguely identifies as from a motor insurance service and refers to the details of a recent accident and car repair. Caller then goes on to attempt to gain further details but becomes persistent when no interest shown in product/service/enquiry. Caller will state that the call is part of a legal duty to follow up.
