Have tried all day to contact & arrange a hospital appointment, without success. The message was you are in a que no1 then phone disconnected. After lunch got further and pressed the appropriate key with a repeated message asking if I was still holding. How can I ever book an appointment?
Had a call about 10am every morning this week from this number - having answered it as at work. As it is so precise in their daily timetable suspect it is a cold call.

This number seems to be used by some call centre - I can see very similar numbers reported, all the same range just with last digits different. A common thing - telemarketing mostly uses a range of similar numbers. This one is mostly reported with PPI, insurance marketing, RTA - accident chasers, sometimes called themselves "First Call Group" - just another big call centre. Just block it or block the range, I have been using the mobile application from these pages, works fine, no problems. Blocked
