Received this call from this number introducing the company as CMA after I'd had an accident. Told me my details were 'passed on to them'. They've been harassing me every night from similar numbers for almost a week now. Asking me to confirm details of accident so that some sort of insurance or compensation claim can be made against the other driver's insurance. Avoid!!

I've worked in customer service multiple times, one thing I've been told which is common sense is not to spam our customers with calls, maximum I'd call is 2 times for a single customer then stop. Whoever's number this is has been calling everyday for the past few weeks which is 100% a scam. A cold call. Caller said that I had a problem with my internet for 3 weeks and his engineers were fixing the problem. Caller did not use my name or the name of my internet provider. Caller did not answer any of my questions but carried on reading from his script. I am sure that this was some sort of SCAM attempt. As usual I did not give the caller any information that would identify me or any account that I may have.
