Do NOT believe the number calling you. Google "Caller ID Spoofing" to find out what I m talking about. This is call centres based in India. They steal your numbers when you legitimately call REAL call-centres (Microsoft, Sky, BT etc). I m sure a Microsoft customer service rep has passed my details on. They are trying to SCAM YOU. If you miss your payments then i agree a call to either take payment or talk about how you intend to meet the payments, but not 6 times a day, and you need to update customer management systems of previous conversations. REMEMBER never go through security on an incoming call, always call them back, this is just a hired call center doing their debt collection, you dont know what they are doing with your data
