There was a recorded announcement of two misuses of my credit card (one of them Tesco). No mention of who was calling. A recorded announcement asked me to "press 2 and hold" to speak to customer service. A male voice with a strong foreign accent then asked me for my personal details. When asked what bank he was from the phone went dead.
SPAM I picked up and the phone immediately disconnected. Had 2 calls from similar London numbers yesterday that said they were my internet provider and there had been some suspicious activity on my account, press 1, etc.etc.

SCAM - recorded message claims your National Insurance number has been involved in fraud/illegal activity and says you must press 1 immediately to speak to an advisor. A quick Google search found lots of examples of this as a phishing message.
I’ve had a couple calls from this number. I’m sure her Her name is Sarah. The first phone call I had was very similar to other people’s feedback.... apparently I had agreed to do some advertising in some community magazine and that o had an outstanding balance to pay of £299. Said they were calling from Expedite Crash Claims and that they had heard I was in an car accident. I said I have NEVER been involved in a car accident before. They then asked me When did the car accident take place? I told them to f*** off and they hung up. l suspect this was an interactive robot speaking, very believable and spoke good english but didn t recognise my long winded response for not been involved in any car accident .

They called, I called back it didn't connect, I tried again and it beeps as if the number is overseas.
Keep getting calls and spoof texts, they claim to be Scottish Power but they are not. They tell me my number is linked o a SP account but I rang SP from their website number and they have advised me there is no account with my number. I cannot make them stop so having to change my number. It been happening for months but I ignored them until it ramped up to daily.

When I picked up the phone I could hear a recorded voice gabbling on about pensions. It was the same as I got last week on a different number. It was also the second nuisance call in one morning. I was trying to get ready for an appointment.
Pertains to be from BT and that they are going to cut off my phone. I don't have a phone contract with BT. Caller called 3 times from 08:30 to 10:00 hrs.
