Similar number 1324300406 is already reported here with PPI - probably this one is the same case, same call centre? I don't answer unknown numbers and they left no message. Just had one of the calls mentioned above. I hung up but curiosity got the better of me so I called the number which went straight into a recorded message so obviously not a government office. I agree it's a scam and could be very worrying for elderly or vulnerable people.
