Had a call on my mobile from this number today. When I answered, there was silence and I was about to hang up but then a giggly woman came on the line. Background was noisy and clearly some sort of call centre. She spoke so fast and unclearly that I didn t catch her name. She asked if I could take part in a quick survey.
