texted me to inform me i was owed £3350 for PPI which I took out. However. i ve never took out any PPI !! I always thought it was illegal for a firm to say you definitely had won something when you hadnt.

Rang at 1.40 am no message left phone was on silent. Don't know the number so now blocked it.

My phone account over the last 14 months shows 41 calls to this number (sometimes as many as 8 calls within a single hour!), with a total cost to me of £13.97 ! I've not made any of these calls, so what on earth is going on! (After I discovered the most recent batch, and reported them to BT, they said they would refund me the cost of those calls (about £5). But I've since discovered even more of them!)
SCAM
Called my mobile. Rang back on my home phone putting 141 in front to withhold my number. You get a message saying that " Customer services will ring you back soon". No chance of that. American/Filipino voice female then line closes. Can't be up to any good.
