Asked for bank details claiming to be from a company I work for. I know this number is not related to the company and they are horrified this has happened.

Received 8 calls from this number today - very aggressive female callers - claimed they I had taken out PPI. When I challenged back and asked for details they wanted me to provide them with personal details.

This number belongs to a company called Intelling Ltd based at Wythenshawe (Manchester) and Belfast. An O2 customer service representative confirmed that it is an O2 number, or rather that O2 uses this company to sell its services. The Managing Director at Intelling is a chap called Phil Morgan. Called me several times, but no response. Tried ringing back always got an answer machine. Called again today enquired about an accident, strange that as I haven t owned a car for over 4oyrs, guess I must have trodden in something.

This is a scam call, recorded message from the tax office.

Rang me, I answered and all I could hear was a lot of people talking in the background - sounded a bit like a call centre maybe?? I kept saying hello but no one spoke so I hung up.

A SCAM in my opinion

Got a text from this number today, 7 Sept. Never opened the text and deleted it straight away. I could see that it was some fake warning about a PayPal account being accessed from a new device. Since I do not have a PayPal account, I immediately realised that it was a phishing attempt.
