This is either a scam or someone trying to sell something. When type the number in on google, it comes up with a man named Jake Stacey. Claimed to be calling from O2 sales department offering '40% discount on your call'. When I asked the person to provide an email address, didn't want to pursue the call further. Gentlemen was hard to understand (South Asian accent) and was hard to understand. Also quite pushy. Probably just SPAM but could also be SCAM

Called me 6 times in the past 3 weeks. I have missed all the calls as they happened when I am working. They have never left me a message which makes me assume either dodgy or cold calling. After reading other people's comments below I have blocked the number - if it is green peace as some suggest then I have no idea how they have got my number. I have never donated to Greenpeace however I may well have signed petitions but I don't think you usually give out your phone number when you sign a petition

Trusted to answer as it's a number local to me. Turned out to be an automated message claiming to be from VISA payments to say that my card had been charged £300 to Amazon and £1100 to Western Union, encouraged me to press 1 to dispute charges. Decided it was going to be a phishing scam and hung up.
Fraud/ SPAM/ SCAM/ Paid number. Indian male claimed to be from PC Curries asking which phone I was using and whether I wanted to buy an upgrade. I messed around with him a bit so he went silent and I hung up.
