They rang me at 19.06 p.m.When I picked up they were said hello a few times as if they couldn t hear me. I was expecting a call from an unknown number but did not fall for the ring back ploy and came on here. From comments it looks shady so I will block it for future reference.

Curiously they refer to a card payment with "your usual payment card" and give no confirmation such as last 4 digits. Has all the makings of seeking to get you to part with bank/credit card details. "National Database" saying we haven t had free energy assessment that may lead to a grant for new boiler. Only database we re on is TPS so shouldn t have had a call. Other websites report the company as Dundee-based "Aspen Capital Consultants Ltd". Will report to ICO for 3rd time in 3 weeks.
I think it was a scam number. No-one spoke when I answered and it was on landline I hardly ever get calls on.
Didn't recognise number so let it go to voicemail, no message left. Can't be important then.
