Yet another silent call received from them!! Bloody annoying as I know it is a scam call!
I received a text and phone call on my registered mobile and when I called the number i was doubtful regarding if it was trustworthy, so checked and called them back, they were able to confirm some recent overseas transactions which were correct and they unlocked my card.... I had not realised it had been locked, so full marks to HSBC
