The caller immediately rang off without saying anything. Perhaps it was because I have got into the habit of saying "Hello" loudly enough to damage the eardrums when I get these unwanted interruptions. Was rung by this number which is local, woman spoke english but with a foreign accent, asked for me by name and then said the line was crackly and the call dropped out, didn`t ring back, sounds suspicious for a so called local number
