Received a phone call from this number asking for my son. It is MY work number. Said he was something or other claim specialists...i didnt quite hear, said Who . He hung up. Rang back numerous times - no one answers ...what a surprise!

Calls on this and other numbers are almost daily. They keep asking for Kevin Roberts. Never heard of him. I d like to know how they got this phone number as it is ex-directory and it is registered with TPS!!!

I once answered the phone and asked who is it and they automatically cut off. I find it strange how this is becoming the norm all of a sudden. I refuse to change my number though if you call me, I think it is only right that you introduce yourself first. Since they did not I know they have something to hide!!! I paid to advertise with this company they never printed my advertisement and kept my money I spoke to the telesales agent Calum Mackintosh who cold called me and he assured me I would get a refund from the MD Mathew Walker if I called back later. I rang and spoke to Mathew Walker who sounds like an illiterate he refused my refund made up a tissue of lies and excuses and said he actually cant issue refunds and the BOSS will call me.......still waiting!! Is ringing daily, says from BT and there is a router problem, when you start asking questions they simply hang up. If you try and ring this number back you are informed that it is not recognized and you should check and try again!
