Answered, but whoever it was hung up on me. I googled the number and found a few sites reporting this number as unwanted calls, spam, a lottery company that won t take no for an answer, so I ve permanently blocked the number as I have Callguard. Unless they call from another number, they won t be bothering me again.

Have marked this number as untrustworthy as when I have just called it back, it identifies itself as a company called Trash Money!!!!!! which to me just does not sound that good

It is Gateshead Council rent section.
No different than the PPI cold callers. Rang me yesterday and again today, revealedin the course of conversation that he was based in Derby. The conversation also revealed that they have at least seven firms of solicitors to refer cases to and that he expected the solicitors to take about 20% from any successful claim.
