This number keep texting me several times a day offering loans to buy a car. Its a scam.
Well spoken young male claiming to be from BT business and looking to review my phone usage and how I could reduce my costs. When I advised him that this was a residential line he said that as it was still being used for a business he could probably still save me money. When I showed disinterest he advised me that I would need to have a conversation with them soon as BT were discontinuing analogue phone services next year and we would lose our service if we didn't transfer to digital. I hung up.
I have a Sky and 02 contract, different phones. I had a call from this number purporting to be 02 on my Sky phone; took me a while to realise! Offered me a 45% discount on my bill for 2 years with no catches??? Spoke in an Indian accent, very fast, so not easy to understand. Asked for my full name, which I queried as he was supposed to have my account records. However, not giving anything away, I did so but he misspelled everything. SCAM used to work for this company we were essentially paid to call elderly customers and lie to them that we were Dyson and miele and they had to pay for mandatory vacuum servicing etc, they would push us to sell to those with dementia because they could charge more and service more frequently awful company.

Fraud A voice with an American accent told me they were from HRMC and I was "wanted" for fraud. They wanted me to call them...presumably to "help" me with this. I hung up as this is clearly not how the HMRC behaves and people are not "wanted" in this way in the UK.

Was rung by this number - automatic voice message regarding my supposed visa account having no money in it, £95 aparantly taken. Cut off the call. Checked banking - no such issue. Scam call. Hard as its a local number so elderly when seeing number would possibly assume local bank.
ONMO credit card provider, new in the UK. Looks like I missed a call before, but didn't call back. Lady left a voice message later on. I am one of their first customers, so saved this number for future references
