Don t call them! It s a total rip off - they try to make the call as long as possible, leave you hanging for minutes on end only to charge you ?3.00 for a two minute call! - And the "best" thing is: they don t even tell you about how much it will cost in advance!

SCAM - text from this number. Claiming to be UPS and asking for payment to redeliver a parcel (which they said they tried once but I was 'out'). I had been home all day and I wasn't expecting a parcel. I suspect the next thing they'd ask for would be credit card details. I blocked them.

Pre recorded message purported to be forwarded from BT - saying Landline and Broadband services were due ti be terminated and given 2 options - press 1 to halt the termination process or press 2 to continue with the termination. Did neither and rang off. Then contacted BT who confirmed that this was a SCAM call

SCAM / SPAM When answered phone, a recorded message began. It got as far as the word "Amazon" and I hung up. Probably the Amazon Prime scam doing the rounds again! I really wish there was some way for the government or telephone companies to stop people making all of these scam calls. I block the numbers but they must use lots of other ones as every time I try to search a number it hasn't previously been reported.

He was screaming down the phone at me telling me how rude I was and calling me all the names under the sun just because I told him that I don t have time to take a sales call and could he please email any info he has through for me to look at! A survey that I supposedly took some months ago, they asked if I have ever worked in a noisy environment and did it affect my hearing, after saying "pardon" about 5 times I tried another tactic,I continually ask for "their policy number" this seems to have done the trick as I haven t heard from them in weeks now.
