This number rang my mobile today. Caller was male, but the line very crackly, so I was unable to catch what they were saying. Quality of the line makes me think it was being rerouted from elsewhere in the world. They haven't rung back so I can only assume it was a phishing type call. I have blocked it.

He told me he was from AV (antiviral program) and that my recent payment of £149 had not gone through. He offered me a discount policy at £29 for the next year. Calling my elderly dad and harassing him. Calling on multiple numbers and trying to force him to invest in some scene which he has refused but they won’t take no for an answer, even when he told them he was going to report them they took no note. SCAM Call from this number and again a male with a strong Asian accent. He knew my name and asked if I was that person. I didn't confirm but when I questionned him about who he was, he said he was calling from Health Department. When I asked him to define WHICH Health Department, he stalled. I said "you don't know, do you? There are many UK Health departments". At this point he simply hung up. I consider thiis a risk and potential scam.
