The caller rang of as soon as I answered. Therefore I suspect some Sort of sales rubbish or scammer. They will not get a chance to mess me about again as I am blocking the number. I hate this method of trying to sell things to the general public. Most of my peer group no longer answer their land line or their mobile if the number is not in their phones contact list.

SCAM. 019532360947 caiied my landline at 10.20am today. Voice told me that my bank card had been used for purchases from AMAZON. That however just now is impossible! Voice gave me the option to dial 1 to cancel or 2 to talk to an advisor. Used my initiative and cancelled the call. This call was a SCAM phishin for my Bank Details. This number is Dangerous warn others!

The number 01736 735261 called me about 10.30am 28/06/23 and it was a recorded message from an International Banking service stating I had made a payment of £300 to Amazon and £1100 to another provider. Told me to press 1 if correct and 2 to speak with an adviser. Pressed 2 and answered by "This is Officer Stephen, how can I help". When I asked which organisation he represented the phone went dead.

using this UK Number +443308181627 calling to Germany and using this number; a woman with a heavy Indian accent tried to engage us in a conversation under the pretense of doing some kind of 'research' - probably sell something afterwards. Be aware!

I received a call from someone claiming to be from O2 offering a 50% discount. Wanted me to read a one time code. I checked and I did have a text from O2 but the code said it was to retrieve my account and that O2 would not ask for the number. I told the guy this and he insisted that it was a promotional code and the warning meant I shouldn't tell anyone else about the number. Looked up the number and it wasn't connecte with O2. I demanded proof from the guy that he was from O2 and he got upset at me. SCAM!

Fraud On Caller Display, this number looked like a London exchange. On answering, I got a recorded message saying it was something to do with bank security, followed by a message that was intended to frighten. I hung up, and have blocked the number. I too have solar panels and I have had eight calls in the last week from a Chelmsford number. Its as good as a scam, pretending to have discount vouchers for work on your house to be more eco friendly. Very persistent and don't take no for an answer.
