Received a call from this number stating that its visa card fraud prevention. Lady asked if i want to authorize or cancel Amazon purchase of a gift card £300.00 She asked about BOB and Full name but when I asked to give me my name she said that she approves the purchase because i refused to give my name and hanged up. DANGEROUS SCAM pretending to be from well known companies, asking questions and asking you to confirm your personal information and banking information. Do NOT divulge any information to them at all and do not call them back if you missed the call. BLOCK number as calls and texts are persistent.
Called office wanting to talk to our IT-manager. Was vague and did not introduce herself. After asking, she informed me she was calling from Dell, but gave no further comment. Since we are an Apple-only business and she was vague, my spider senses tells me to block this caller.

Claimed to be from my local council seeing if I have damp and mould. I live in Berkshire so definitely not my local council as it’s a Scotland area code.
recorded message saying my card had been used today for suspicious payments of £300 and £1350 today. Then asked me to press 1to cancel payments and a couple of other options. I terminated the call. Obviously a fraud/scam as no indication of which card was involved.
