Attempted scam. Fake number, been called several times. "I am calling from BT, there is a problem with your Broadband Line". Do not talk to them, do not let them access your PCs.

Don t trust them no matter what they say to you.

It s a scam. Pretend to be HRMC and demanding tax payments. Hang up

No answer. Rang back and got a message saying "Your call is very important to me. Please hold whilst we transfer you to an agent."

Had number of calls from this number. When I did not answer gat text from same number..

Scam offering free broadband- avoid

They call 2 or 3 times a day, and when i answer, i always hear a conversation going on between the people in the office, then they go silent and hang up. I called back today and spoke to a sales agent Maurice James, who said he would remove my number from their account. BEfore he had chance to put the phone down on me i asked him to confirm the number and address and name of who he had listed, and he came up with a name, address and postcode which are definitely not me. Claimed I was owed money from PPI on a loan. Yet I ve never had a loan with PPI!! Don t trust...

Spam. On redial "number not in use"

Been rang by this number several times this week, but they would not leave a message on my answer machine. They rang at 3pm today, so i answered the call. Was told they were Consumer helpline, and i was owed an over payment on a loan in 2011. Never had a loan. so they were phishing. Was told they had been given the wrong information. Don t know how they got my number as Ex-directory.

After three calls yesterday about the same thing, all from crooks saying they were from Talk Talk, this man had rung to tell me my router had been compromised, though I did not pay much attention to what he said was wrong with it. I told him what a bad line it was and got him to repeat several times. He said he would call another time but I told him not to bother. I said I knew who it was calling. He wanted to know who I thought it was. After I identified him as a criminal he called me something rude
