This sounds very dodgy from the start but I played along, chatting with a lady with a foreign accent. It's eventually got to the stage where she asked me for my bank account and sorting code, at which point I asked her a very personal question. She then swore at me and hung up. She had mentioned postcode lottery, and assured me that I had won a European holiday and £399 in cash at one point she said the company was called something like travel and leisure.

Had a call today asking for my husband who passed away in may, he said oh yes I remember when we spoke he was ill, then said it was me that had been in touch with them regarding new windows, told him no as I already have new ones and I have a local builder that does anything I want done. 01227809119 called twice - claiming to be Domestic & General and that my washing machine warranty was expiring - total rubbish. They repeated fake details that I gave to some Indian data harvesting scam years ago. Nothing but scammers trying to find vulnerable people to prey on.

"Isaac" of "Pearl Advice Services" re "accident". Said he was in Birmingham. When I challenged him on saying he was in Birmingham but the number is in Maidenhead, he hung up. On calling back, I got a "number not recognised" message. Clearly false. Now blocked it.

Fraud - message left by them was read by a computerised male American voice that said I had to call the local city hall urgently. Not sure why. However phone number is very similar to (0)20 3991 2845 which is a Fraud HMRC call.
