SCAM I've also received a dodgy looking CTSI letter from an Oscar Reed. I called the genuine CTSI number from their website and they didn't recognise this number as one of their own.

This number appeared on warning that a Trojan virus was on our computer. I phoned it and felt it was a "bad" number when owner answered. I have since had a dodgy phone call to my mobile.

A Asian guy called saying I have been awarded a 30% discount for being a loyal customer O2 customer. i Left O2 over a couple of years ago, so I checked the number out online while he was talking and the number was listed as a scam call, so knew it was a scam. He said he was going to pass me to customer service. I then spoke to the next Asian guy who said he would send me a message and to except it (phone malware). Cold caller offering debt solutions- only had my maiden name from 15 years ago. I don't have any debt.

SCAMwas phoned by this number at 1.17 pm today. it was a recorded message stating that my Amazon Prime account was about to --at this point i hung up. I rang the number, it was a gentleman who hadn't a clue what was going on and clearly, his number appears to have been taken over without his knowledge. He thanks me saying he will contact his phone provider to sort it out.

On answering the call the caller said my electricity account was due to expire. It is not, in fact it has another 12 months to run from February 2023. The caller spoke with an accent. Due to this the call was ended.

Claimed to be HMRC, about an important letter sent … press button 1. The fourth such call I have received in the last few days, all from different numbers. Telltale: automated message, with no attempt to give my name or any identifying references. Avoid!

The man has an Asian accent and says that because I have not had any call outs for my heating within the last year they are going to reduce my monthly payments to £24.99 and then puts me onto his manager to sort out the paper work, etc. The manager comes on, he also has an Asian accent and says just to clarify things to give him my Bank sort code number. I immediately said no and hung up. definitely a scam, please do not give them any information regarding your bank details.

Called regarding a shares account, tried to convince us to allow access to our computer. Refused shared access and she agreed to send the web address to access the account, tried to convince us by sending another $350 we could withdraw our account balance of $700 Absolute scam.

SCAM calls twice then hangs up so you can call them back!
