He said there seems to be some fraudulant activity on my account and I should move all my money into the main account and then he would change all my account numbers and sort codes He sent messages from 08000 123 123 and he confirmed Santander will always use this number as it uses the 123 from their 123 account. Remember: Your bank will never ask you to move money!

The exact number was 01340 831714. After searching it here, I called the number back. It has a BT call screener on it. A Scottish sounding older lady picked up the phone. I told her my name and said I'd had a missed call from her number at 7:47am this morning (3-3-23). Her reply? "No, not me, no you haven't" and then she put the phone down. Call received from a male with an Indian accent stating he was calling from Aviva, but his English was very bad and I said I couldn't understand him and asked for someone else to ring me if important. So far no response. There was a lot of chatter in the background and he didn't speak immediately when I answered the call.
