This number wrang me pretending to be HMRC...claiming my names been reported as tax fraud and i had to give them details yo sort it . I ended the call and immediately reported it to HMRC who confirmed it's a scam plus it was reported to my phone network . Please watch out for these scammer

SPAM: upon answering a recorded message played to state my NI number could be suspended due to my phone number having been associated with several illegal activities and I could be arrested and assets seized. The next prompt was to press 1 to speak to an officer. Needless to say I didn’t do anything of the sort and came straight here to report it!

They call us several times a day, every day, despite us being ex-directory. Complete harassment. They're supposedly a company that prevents nuisance calls but charge £20pm for that service - clearly a scam as they ARE they nuisance call!
Telemarketing house insurance - suspiciously low quote but insist on taking bank details! Eventually got rid of them!
Do not waste your time talking to these scammers, contact Action Fraud on: 03001232040 if the calls continue. Action Fraud will be able to shut them down in a few days.

this number just rung saying they can offer an early upgrade to my contract with Three (I m actually with three), but the man new nothing about my contract and asked me how much I spent on average on my phone. If it was a genuine call regarding offering me an upgrade for my existing contract he would at least knew how much I spent every month! Then he hanged up. Missed call from very early in the morning (5am). Didn t leave a message but several online mentions of this number calling at odd hours in the middle of the night. Auto-dialler and/or nuisance caller.
Sounded like Indian call centre but number was for Weybridge area! Tried tried to sell me a number blocking service; most likely a scam. They gave up eventually.
