This number had a female who knew our name but claimed to be from Cristian Aid. Unfortunately two weeks ago had a very similar number phone pretending to be from Cerebra, when quizzed that person they became very nasty then hung up.

They said they were local authority and asked if I needed any repairs, any dampness etc. I asked who had contacted them and this did not make sense. I put the phone down on them. She gave me no information whatsoever and the background was silent.

Call center Asked for my wife by name, renewal due on TV care package I challenged, said it was a scam because my wife left all TV to me and we have never had cover. I asked for proof and was assured they had proof, when I said my wife had died years ago they could not progress their payment request, as any debt had ceased. The say the represent Royal London - I made it clear I did not want to speak to them and they told me I was being rude then proceeded to be extremely rude and told me they would report me to royal London…
Called to do a survey about my banking No particular reason but I will not do surveys or anything in the evening 1940 I told him I was not happy and to ring during daytime if he wanted to do a survey
say they are from royal mail and tried to deliver a parcel but we were not in.. my wife was in all day and we are not expecting anything. probably yet another scam.
Scam call , automated voice claiming to be from Amazon Prime telling me that my subscription fee for Prime of £79.99 was being taken from my bank today... wrong amount as it has been £99 since January plus mine was paid 2 months ago. They did not have my name never mind an account number.
I received an automated voice call from this number, telling me that they were from my Internet provider and my Internet services will be disconnected due to illegal use. They requested me to "press 1 to speak to an advisor" but I hung up. I then returned the call from my landline and received an automated reply telling me that nobody was available to take my call. Obviously a scam, so beware!
