Indian guy - claimed my router has indicated I have internet issues. Asked him where he was from and he said Bangalore, told him my provider was not BT - "But BT Openreach provide internet backbone for all UK - this is why we call you." Complete scam. Hang up or waste their time if you have the inclination.
