Claimed to be from "Windows Support", but nothing to do with Microsoft, and they had noticed illegal activity on my browser and email. Female asian accent. Asked her to spell her name "genffer dalton" (she could not spell it correctly). Knew my name!! When asked her to repeat a question she said "you an idiot" and disconnected, which proved to me that it was not a "professional" call.

The staff are very rude and abusive. I have spoken to colleagues who have received similar calls from this company and there is no doubt about the fact that this is a total scam!!!
